I add the foot taping with my left one,my right hand ,hen loft is tired
If out ,i m walking followin a 4 rythm (headphones on)and fit my step and fingers to 4 toks

Just reminds to focus on basic one
Eg
1Left hand 1+2+3+4
2Same but using ur wrist
3When u r quiet used with previous one, try right hand 1+2+3+4
4Then both hand
5Then left hand+right Hand
6Then right hand + left Hand
7Add the wrist move such up n downx4
8Next add the wrist move from right to left x4
9Next add the wrist down to up x4
10 Next add the wrist move from left to right x4
11 Next just do 7+8+9+10
From each line to other it may take weeks or months to master it and go to next one
12 add the tape foot(left for me)
13add the right tape foot.
14 add some music from ur headphones and do same fingers squeezing.
Add difficulkty and doing it while walking ,i guess ive beginning do it while walking since aug 19and master it with music since 3-4 months.

With left hand u keep keep on squeezing
1+2+3+4
On righ hand on each tok u make a Flick with 3 fingers(F3) F3+F3++F3+F3
,Harder as little painful when doing many flicks in a row

While With the right F3+2+F3+4
