Hey, nice job with the filled Maqsum. I can play it filled using a "running" style leading with the right hand playing teks instead of the slap/mute. I'm working on it though! I wrote it out using the notation that Raquy uses and using that as a basis to play it without mistakes and letting the muscle memory build.

Yeah i forgot to mention who made this drum. I bought this drum from savvas, after many exchanges since last year, i finally bought this drum with him. I falk in love with the fish skin. Later i will buy a goat skin darbuka maybe from him or from sonikapercussion. If anyone is interested to buy drums from savvas you can check out his site or his facebook page. Here is the link to his site: http://www.savvaspercussion.com/

Hello drummers. I did a second version which is more easy to play for me, especially when you are going fast.

Hello all Fury Fingers!
Great seeing your videos! Maybe I’ll post one someday too?
Working on the Drum Dojo “contract” right now to practice with more of a direction than I have in the past.
Thank you all and Matt for the inspiration!

Thanks Darbukaddict for posting your videos - inspiring and educational. I am currently working on being a "metronome" so I can be confident to turn that into music. Hence, I am cok lavash (very slow) and methodical. Once I get some strength I'll post some videos as well - totally inspired by you - thanks!
