"This will transform the drumming community more than any dvd, book or workshop series could ever do, and I've purchased every dvd, book and attended every workshop in the USA at one point or another!"

Here we are at Day 3 drummers. It sounds like many of you are really moving forward with this. Today I have created a 10 minute video (Webcam/sound quality average sorry) which shows a very cool practice idea that I have been exploring these past months. It was shown to me by a Jazz guitarist that would practice for long periods of time using only 16th notes. The idea is to play with a consistent flow of ideas coming out and without a break. It really gets your mind thinking and the fingers flowing. You will see what i mean after watching the video. I also share a couple of my own little rhythmic ideas.

Enjoy and I must say that this exercise alone has created a massive improvement in my playing, it is an incredible exercise. If you are a member of 'Youtube' please leave a nice comment. Go!!!
