"This will transform the drumming community more than any dvd, book or workshop series could ever do, and I've purchased every dvd, book and attended every workshop in the USA at one point or another!"

July Darbuka Challenge

Day 15
Relaxation Day.
Finally, a day to give our fingers a rest! Day 15 is relaxation/ rejuvenation day. We have all been pushing our bodies for two weeks now and we must stop to give our muscles and tendons (and neighbors) a break. We had a break day in last years challenge also. Just like last year, we will take the day off to not only give our bodies a small break but to research new ideas and discover more about music. There are many different things we can do on a day like this. Below is a small list of what i may do when i take a gap day. Please take today's one hour to develop in another area of your music. There is alot more to playing than just playing. Give your fingers a break today and you will feel (and hear) a difference tomorrow. Day 15-Research day...Enjoy!
